The post, which featured a photo of Brooklyn, his wife Nicola Peltz, and Claudia, was originally shared by Nicola in March for Claudia's 71st birthday. Brooklyn's message came hours before the Beckham family paid tribute to Victoria Beckham on UK Mother's Day, with David Beckham, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper all sharing heartfelt posts.
David Beckham described Victoria as an 'inspiration' and 'amazing mummy' in a post that did not include any of their children. Harper called her the 'best mum ever', while Romeo thanked her 'for all you do'. Cruz also shared a throwback photo. Brooklyn, however, did not post a public message to his mother.
The estrangement follows Brooklyn's January social media post in which he claimed he does 'not want to reconcile' with his family. He alleged that Victoria had behaved 'inappropriately' during his wedding dance, cancelled making Nicola's wedding dress at the last minute, and 'consistently disrespected' his wife.
