Five former Newcastle United favourites will reunite in Newcastle this autumn for an 'in-conversation' event featuring stories from the club's golden years. An Evening with Newcastle Legends Live takes place at the 02 City Hall on October 12.
Line-up and format
The evening will feature Peter Beardsley – who recently paid a moving tribute to Kevin Keegan following the Toon favourite's death – along with Nolberto Solano, Rob Lee, John Beresford and Micky Quinn. Fans are told that "nothing is off-limits" topic-wise, with a live audience Q&A session included.
A spokesperson for the show said: "Expect big personalities, brilliant stories and a live audience Q&A: your chance to put your questions to the legends - and hear a few things you probably shouldn't."
Tickets and VIP options
Doors open at 6.45pm ahead of a 7.30pm start. Standard tickets cost between £36.10 and £40.25, while VIP tickets are priced at £99.95. The VIP package includes an exclusive meet-and-greet with the legends, early entry, a welcome drink, a VIP lanyard, premium seating, a professional photograph, and a commemorative photo frame. A digital download will also be available within 24 hours.
What to expect
The five stars will discuss iconic matches, unforgettable moments, dressing room secrets, and the fierce Tyne-Wear clashes with Sunderland rivals. The event promises plenty of laughter and banter as they share stories from their time at St James' Park.
