A new instalment in The Blair Witch Project franchise has been officially announced, with a release date set for 24 September 2027. The production companies Lionsgate and Atomic Monster broke the news on social media, sparking a wave of reactions from horror fans.
Original Directors Return as Executive Producers
The currently untitled film will see the original directors of the 1999 classic return as executive producers. Plot details and cast information remain under wraps, but the announcement alone has generated significant buzz.
