Anna Richardson has revealed that a male contestant on the Channel 4 dating show Naked Attraction had to be escorted off set after becoming 'excited' during filming. The show involves single people selecting a date from a group of completely naked potential partners.
Speaking on the Andy Jaye podcast, Richardson explained that the contestant, who was in the 'pink pod', became visibly aroused as the show progressed. 'He was getting a little bit excited about what was about to happen,' she said.
The floor manager, Dave, had to intervene and escort the young man off the set to calm down. 'Our lovely floor manager, Dave the floor manager, had to go 'come on' and just had to escort him off the floor for a little while, just to calm down,' Richardson added.
Richardson also disclosed that there is a constant battle between male and female contestants over the studio temperature. 'The boys always want the studio to be warm and they're always doing that crafty tug behind the pods because they want their manhood to look at its very best,' she said.
Meanwhile, female contestants prefer the studio to be freezing cold. 'Whereas the girls want the studio to be freezing because of course they want their boobs to look their very best,' Richardson noted.
