The parents wanted a name that 'went' with their older daughter's name, Norah Kate, and had a similar vibe. After their two sons, aged seven and nine, suggested Lucy Claire, they fell in love with it. They also decided to honor the mum's grandmother by using her name as the baby's middle name.
But the mum soon realized the full name sounds like 'loose eclair,' a term that might evoke an unstructured or runny cream-filled pastry. She shared her dilemma on Reddit, asking, 'Is it as terrible as I'm making it out to be? Will I regret using this name? Or is it literally FINE and I'm crazy?'
