Former glamour model flaunts nudity despite neighbour backlash

Carla Bellucci, a 45-year-old mother of four from Hitchin, Hertfordshire, has vowed to spend the upcoming UK heatwave sunbathing naked in her garden, regardless of her neighbours' anger. Temperatures are expected to exceed 35°C in parts of England, and Bellucci aims to achieve an all-over tan before her holiday to Italy next week.

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, Bellucci stated: "Heatwave is back and I’m spending my days naked in my garden much to my neighbours' anger. They are so tall they can peer at me over the fence. Don’t like it? Don’t look." She added: "I feel free and liberated so why not? It’s too hot for clothes. I have a banging body so why not show it off and my husband doesn’t mind the view."

Body confidence and legal boundaries

Bellucci emphasised that being body confident is positive and that she is not self-conscious about neighbours potentially seeing her. She declared: "They are welcome to look. It’s my house and my garden, and I pay a lot of money to live here – so I will do as I please."

However, public nudity in England and Wales can be illegal under Section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 if intended to cause "distress or alarm." The Crown Prosecution Service notes: "In the case of naturism, a balance needs to be struck between the naturist's right to freedom of expression and the right of the wider public to be protected from harassment, alarm and distress."

Neighbourhood tensions and lifestyle

Bellucci described her neighbours as "snobby," saying: "They are just not my biggest fans. This whole village? It’s a bit stuck up. Everyone here is in their big houses, new cars, thinking they are a Stepford wife. They probably think I lower the tone, being an ex-glamour model and now an influencer."

Despite the potential legal risks, Bellucci remains unfazed. She encouraged other Brits to "let it all hang out" during the heatwave, advising: "All I hear is people moaning about the weather. I would tell Brits to enjoy it while it lasts, get naked, let it all hang out and grab a vino and enjoy life. Soaking up the blazing sun au naturel is the ultimate summer freedom."

Bellucci, who previously faked depression to obtain a free nose job and defended herself on This Morning, is looking forward to her Italian holiday and believes the heatwave offers perfect timing to tan without tan lines.
