Mrs Hinch Opens Up About Trolling and Stacey Solomon Fallout

Mrs Hinch has thanked Stacey Solomon for helping her cope with the pressures of fame after the Loose Women star popped over for a cup of tea. The cleaning sensation, 29, whose real name is Sophie Hinchcliffe, shared a snap on Instagram of herself with Stacey and their newborn sons, Ronnie and Rex.

In a heartfelt caption, Mrs Hinch admitted she had been scared to leave the house and was falling into a dark place. 'If I see the petrol gauge is low or the fridge needs refilling I get a knot in my stomach knowing I need to go out,' she wrote.

She revealed that Stacey messaged her out of the blue asking if she was OK. 'It's like she just knew I wasn't,' Mrs Hinch said. 'I found myself pouring my heart out to her... And what she said to me was "right I'm coming round for a cuppa!"'

Stacey turned up with her son Rex and a McDonald's, and they talked for hours. 'I feel like a huge weight has been lifted and I'm ready to face this public eye! Trolls n all!' Mrs Hinch added.

Stacey responded by sharing the post and encouraging others to reach out. 'Remember ladies...it's OK not to be OK. Help each other - it's sometimes all we need,' she wrote.
