Molly-Mae Hague deleted an Instagram Story on July 15, 2026, after posting a joke about her three-year-old daughter Bambi being a 'spoiled brat.' The influencer, 27, shared a photo of a red baseball cap embroidered with the phrase 'Spoiled brat' and wrote, 'Only managed to pick this up for Bambi tonight.' She quickly added, 'Joke… it didn’t come in her size!' The post was removed minutes later with no explanation. The couple, who met on Love Island in 2019, face intense scrutiny over their parenting. Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury, 27, have two children: Bambi and newborn son Midas.
Tommy Fury on Strict Screen Time Rules
Just a day before the deleted post, Tommy Fury discussed their parenting approach on their podcast What The Fury?!. He revealed that Bambi only sees screens during long journeys. 'The only time Bambi sees a screen is during a long flight or a long car journey,' he said. 'Other than that, she’s outside in the garden, playing in the sunshine, jumping in puddles and going to the park.' Tommy emphasized wanting Bambi to have a childhood like his own, free from screens and apps. He has previously insisted on avoiding a lifestyle of private jets and luxury hotels, even buying a campervan for traditional UK family trips. Smartphones are also off the table for the foreseeable future.
Parenting Challenges and Newborn Life
Molly-Mae has been open about parenting struggles on her YouTube channel. Last year, she shared a video discussing Bambi's biting habit at nursery. In the clip, Bambi says, 'I’ve got to bite someone,' and Molly-Mae responds, 'Your mouth is for food, we don’t bite anyone.' Bambi then mentions biting 'Emily' and 'Dory,' causing Molly-Mae to laugh and say, 'We bite croissants, we bite pasta, we bite pizza.' Since welcoming Midas, the couple has admitted to being 'delusional' from sleepless nights and round-the-clock feeds, highlighting that newborn life is exhausting even for wealthy influencers.
