Mo Gilligan's former partner Sophie Wise has reportedly hinted at their split in a cryptic social media post. The actress, known for her role in Hollyoaks, and the comedian ended their four-year relationship in 2022, with sources citing his work commitments as the reason.
Wise, 35, shared a quote on Instagram that read: 'Sometimes you have to let go of the life you planned to make room for the life that is waiting for you.' The post was liked by several of her followers, who speculated it referred to the breakup. The couple had largely kept their romance private before parting amicably.
Mo Gilligan, 38, rose to fame after his comedy videos went viral, leading to a career in stand-up and television. He now presents The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan on Channel 4 and appears on Celebrity Gogglebox with his friend Babatunde Aleshe.
