Mo Gilligan has appeared to respond to claims he is a "deadbeat dad" by sharing a clip of his secret son. The comedian, 37, posted a black and white video of a young boy playing Connect 4, accompanied by Drake's Emotionless, with lyrics about hiding his child from the world.
It comes after his ex Selina Christoforou, 35, posted an explosive TikTok accusing Gilligan of being an absent father to their son Rudi, born in January 2024. She claimed she could count on her fingers and toes how many times he had seen his child over the past 17 months.
Gilligan, who is expecting his first child with current partner Taia Tulher, 28, has never publicly confirmed he is a father before. A source said he sees his son semi-regularly and that he is over the moon about becoming a dad again.
Selina's video went viral, in which she said she had finally shared who her son's father is, adding that Gilligan had made it clear he did not want to be a dad. She said you "can't make someone be a dad".
The comedian's cryptic post included the lyrics: "I wasn't hidin' my kid from the world / I was hidin' the world from my kid." It is thought Gilligan and Selina met online and were not in a relationship when she became pregnant.
