Mo Gilligan, the comedian and presenter known for judging on The Masked Singer, has seemingly confirmed rumours that he fathered a secret child. The 37-year-old shared a clip on Instagram Stories showing him playing Connect Four with a toddler, whose face was hidden by a heart emoji, and referred to the child as "Rudi".
The post was accompanied by a lyric from Drake's song Emotionless, which addresses the rapper's own secret fatherhood: "I wasn't hidin' my kid from the world / I was hidin' the world from my kid." The choice of music is widely interpreted as Gilligan's way of acknowledging the situation without a direct statement.
Reports from The Sun have alleged that Gilligan had a brief romance with model Selina Christoforou in 2023, which resulted in the birth of a son named Rudi in January 2024. According to an anonymous source, the pair met via social media and the pregnancy was unplanned. Gilligan is said to see the child "semi-regularly".
He is also reported to be expecting a second child with his current partner, wellness influencer Taia Tulher. The source claimed that Gilligan is "over the moon" about becoming a father again.
Gilligan has not made any further comment on the matter beyond the Instagram video.
