Miranda Cosgrove's latest Netflix romantic comedy, The Wrong Paris, has become a streaming hit, landing at second place on the platform's Top 10 English Films chart with 12.8 million views since its debut. The film follows Dawn, an aspiring artist who joins a dating reality show for financial reasons.

Veronica Long, who plays sports bar bouncer Heather on the show within the film, exclusively spoke to Reach publications about working with Cosgrove. "It was so lovely working with Miranda. She was so kind and easy to collaborate with," Long said. "Between setups we would dance and just goof around and chat, and she kills it in this role! She's just as sweet as her character."

The actress also revealed that challenging weather conditions during filming in Vancouver helped bond the cast. "It was raining the day that Miranda, Madison Pettis and I had to get in the mud pit. The set design team heated up the water for us, and between takes we would huddle together in tents to warm up," she recalled. "The rain and cold contributed to our camaraderie by making us feel like we were in the trenches together. Call it trauma bonding."

Long praised the entire cast, including Hannah Stocking and Yvonne Orji, for their humour and collaboration. "One of the best parts of working on this movie was working and collaborating with this incredibly funny and talented cast," she said, noting that she and Stocking would brainstorm funny ad-libs between setups.
