Millie Mackintosh and her estranged husband Hugo Taylor have been photographed together for the first time since their separation, reuniting to celebrate their daughter Sienna's sixth birthday. The former Made In Chelsea stars, who also share four-year-old Aurelia, split earlier this year after seven years of marriage.
Birthday Celebration
The couple posed proudly alongside Sienna, who enjoyed a KPop Demon Hunters-themed party. Millie, 36, wore a sparkly halterneck top with jeans, while Hugo, 39, opted for a casual green shirt. Sienna was dressed in fancy dress for the occasion.
Millie shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, writing: 'My baby is SIX. I genuinely don't know where the time has gone. It feels like I blinked and we went from the newborn haze to this brilliant, funny, sassy, kind, strong little girl who takes my breath away every single day.'
She continued: 'Six years ago I was pregnant, wondering what life on the other side of lockdown would look like. What she would look like. Who she would be. We've gone from princess dresses and tiaras to K-pop demon hunter crop tops, and I have to say, every era has been my favourite era.'
Millie added: 'The leap from 5 to 6 has felt like such a significant one. She seems so grown up, so confident, so wonderfully and fiercely herself. She makes me laugh every single day. She surprises me, moves me, and fills our home with so much joy and life.'
She concluded: 'Sienna, you are without question one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me. Being your mummy is my biggest privilege. I love you more than any words could describe. Happy 6th birthday my darling girl. Here's to every chapter ahead.'
Millie Opens Up About ADHD and Alcohol
The reality star-turned-influencer, who celebrates four years sober this summer, recently spoke about her struggles with undiagnosed ADHD. She revealed that her school years were 'really difficult' and she attended five different schools.
Millie admitted she used alcohol as a 'mask' during her early teens, saying: 'That (alcohol) was the most accessible medicine I could find. It was also socially acceptable and you're encouraged to drink.' She explained that drinking slowed down the 'noise' in her brain, but she lacked an 'off switch.'
After quitting alcohol in 2022, Millie needed to 'take the mask off' and later received an ADHD diagnosis. She told the Spooning with Mark Wogan podcast: 'When you're learning to socialise and you're using alcohol to feel comfortable about yourself and who you are, you're actually masking who you actually are.'
Speaking to Women's Health UK, Millie insisted she had to 'completely abstain' from alcohol because she couldn't handle just one drink. She said: 'I wasn't a drinker who depended on drinking everyday of the week but whenever I drank I wanted to drink to black out and drink, and drink, and drink. I recognise that urge is very unhealthy for me.'
The mother-of-two also opened up about experiencing three different debilitating symptoms during panic attacks.
