Actress Millie Bobby Brown has announced her engagement to Jake Bongiovi, her boyfriend of two and a half years. The 19-year-old Stranger Things star shared a photo on Instagram showing off a ring, captioned with lyrics from Taylor Swift's song Lover: 'I've loved you three summers now, honey, I want 'em all.'
Bongiovi, 20, is an actor and the son of legendary singer Jon Bon Jovi. He also posted the news on his own page, writing simply 'forever' alongside two photos of the couple.
The announcement follows weeks of social media speculation. Brown introduced Bongiovi to her followers in June 2021, and in January she called him her 'partner for life' in another Instagram post.
Brown rose to fame as a child star on Netflix's Stranger Things, whose fifth season will be the last. A stage prequel in London's West End and an animated series have been announced. Bongiovi recently landed a role in the coming-of-age film Rockbottom.
