Mike Tindall's Hilarious Royal Ascot Hat Advice Leaves Fans in Stitches
Mike Tindall's Hat Advice for Royal Ascot Goes Viral

Mike Tindall, husband of Zara Tindall, has left fans in stitches with his hilarious advice for Royal Ascot. In a recent interview with The Luxury Dispatch, the former rugby star shared his top tip for the prestigious horse racing event: never leave your hat in the toilet.

Royal Ascot kicks off on Tuesday, June 13, and runs through Saturday, June 20. Mike, who is married to Princess Anne's daughter Zara, has attended the racecourse many times. During the interview with host Tom Chamberlin, Mike joked: "Never leave your hat in the toilet and forget about it. They're not cheap, and people know that."

Tom laughed at the comment, calling it a good tip. Mike also shared his favorite part of Ascot: the Queen Anne stakes. "The one thing that launches it, it's the Queen Anne stakes," he said. "It's been a memorable race for many years; it's the heritage of where Royal Ascot was founded. So, it's the appropriate way to start the week."

Mike also opened up about the royal procession, when the Royal Family arrives in carriages. He admitted that if it's too hot, it can be a nightmare. "The sweat is ongoing. Don't take the hat off, or it's like, a pool of water drops out," he joked.

Royal fans loved Mike's down-to-earth humor. One commented: "I really like Mike. He's a member of the Royal Family but also the guy you could see at the local pub." Another added: "Princess Anne, VA Lawrence, and descendants (in-law) are the most humble of people." A third wrote: "Love Mike. An expert in the relevant fields."

The Tindalls are regulars at Royal Ascot, and Mike's candid advice has only endeared him further to the public.
