Mia Goth has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf after 10 years of marriage. The couple had initially separated a year ago, and the 32-year-old MaXXXine and Frankenstein star has now submitted documents to end the marriage.
Goth cited “irreconcilable differences” and listed the separation date as 28 July 2025. LaBeouf, 40, and Goth share a four-year-old daughter, and Goth is reportedly seeking primary legal and physical custody of the child.
Separation revealed earlier this year
In February, it was reported that the former couple had been separated for nearly a year, though they chose to keep the split private. At the time, an insider told Page Six that the Transformers star had moved to New Orleans to be close to family.
Legal proceedings underway
The divorce filing marks the formal end of a relationship that had already been over for more than a year. Goth’s request for primary custody of their daughter is a key element of the proceedings.
