Meghan Markle has shared a series of heartwarming family photos from a trip to Disneyland, featuring Prince Harry, their children Archie and Lilibet, and her mother Doria. The images show the Duchess of Sussex walking hand-in-hand with her children, all wearing iconic Disney ears during their visit to the Californian theme park.
Other photos capture Meghan kissing her mother on the cheek, and the moment Archie and Lilibet met Cinderella and Princess Aurora. In the pictures, taken from behind to obscure their faces, Lilibet is seen confidently embracing the princesses, while Archie stands shyly behind a pillar. Meghan captioned the post with a simple red heart.
A source close to the Sussexes told People magazine that the trip was to celebrate the children's birthdays together, with Archie turning seven on May 6 and Lilibet turning five on June 4. The source added that it was a special way to extend Mother's Day for Meghan and her mother.
The family photos came hours after Meghan rebranded her Instagram account and website for her lifestyle brand As Ever. She updated her profile photo to an image of her sitting casually in an armchair, wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt, replacing the previous black-and-white picture. The As Ever website also received a fresh look, featuring a video of Meghan eating a raspberry, arranging flowers, and opening a jar of fruit spread.
Meghan's social media rebrand follows rumours that she could return to acting with a revival of her Suits character Rachel Zane for a spin-off film. Show creator Aaron Korsh is reportedly in advanced talks with Universal Pictures, according to The Express.
