The Duchess of Sussex will appear as a guest judge on Masterchef Australia, where she reveals details about her Montecito lifestyle. The episode airs today, filmed during her and Prince Harry's recent visit to Australia.
New admission about homegrown produce
In a teaser clip, Meghan speaks to contestants about their Immunity Challenge. They must create a dish highlighting a single ingredient. Referring to available fruit and vegetables, she says: “Strawberries. This one’s near and dear to my heart. It’s what we grow at home.” She adds: “Mandarins, we also grow those at my house.”
Mixed reactions to appearance
Channel 10 has released multiple clips ahead of the episode, but some viewers have vowed not to watch, likely due to the duchess’s controversial public image. However, fans express excitement to see her on the show. Meghan previously had her own Netflix cooking series, With Love, Meghan, which ran for two seasons plus a festive special and earned an Emmy nomination. A third season is not currently in development.
