Meghan Markle Reveals Kids Love Brussels Sprouts

Meghan Markle has made a new admission about her children on her upcoming TV appearance. The Duchess of Sussex will be seen on this week’s episode of MasterChef Australia as a guest judge.

The episode, filmed months ago when Meghan was in Australia, sees the Duchess encourage contestants and share her love for food and cooking. It also sees her make a sweet admission about her children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five: they both love to eat Brussels sprouts.

Meghan on Food and Family

In a preview shared by 10 News Sydney, Meghan spoke about fresh produce and revealed what healthy food her children love. She said: “My kids eat Brussels sprouts.”

Meghan also spoke about why she loves cooking. She explained: “Food and cooking to me is really a love language. I think it’s such a great way to connect. It’s something that can feel sentimental and meaningful, and it’s how I show my nurturing and love for my friends, family, and my kids.”

Episode Airing Sunday

The episode is set to air this Sunday. While Meghan’s fans are excited, some MasterChef Australia viewers have shown less enthusiasm, with some vowing not to watch due to her appearance.

This is not Meghan’s first food TV appearance; she had her own Netflix show “With Love, Meghan,” which ran for two seasons and a festive special but is not set to be renewed for a third season. Earlier this month, the show was nominated for a daytime Emmy award in the outstanding lifestyle programme category. The winner will be revealed on October 30 at a ceremony at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.
