Meghan has maintained a close bond with actress Abigail Spencer since 2007. The two met at an audition for an NBC pilot and later co-starred on the legal drama Suits. "Our friendship really developed during that time, and deepened. She's an incredible person," Spencer said of Meghan in 2024.
