Wes Nelson has responded to ex-girlfriend Megan Barton-Hanson after she described him as 'vanilla' in the bedroom. The former Love Island star, 24, brushed off the comment during a Facebook Live with the Daily Star, saying: 'I don't know, everyone loves vanilla though, right? She said some crazy things, so I just take everything... It doesn't bother me, it really doesn't.'
Megan, 28, made the remarks in an interview with The Sun, where she said of their sex life: 'In fact he was pretty vanilla in the bedroom, he was only young though bless him, he’s got a lot to learn.' She also discussed her enjoyment of sex toys, adding: 'Women masturbating is nothing to be ashamed of, I feel like it’s such a taboo.'
The pair met on the fourth series of Love Island in 2018 and dated for six months after leaving the villa. Since their split, Wes has been in relationships with Arabella Chi and Lucciana Beynon, while Megan has been linked to Demi Sims and TOWIE's James Lock.
Meanwhile, Megan recently sparked reconciliation rumours with ex Demi Sims after the pair shared a TikTok video. In the clip, Demi mouthed: 'It would be so awesome, it would be so cool,' with the caption: 'Convincing your ex to get back with you.' Fans have been calling for them to rekindle their romance.
