Burglary at Cheshire Mansion Adds to Stress

Last month, the couple faced a distressing incident when their lavish new mansion in Cheshire was burgled. Cheshire Police confirmed to the Daily Mail that possessions were stolen, and enquiries into the robbery are ongoing. Reports indicate thieves made off with thousands of pounds worth of items, including designer clothes, jewellery, and electronics.

The couple had recently moved into the Omaze prize-draw mansion, which is said to cost £20,000 a month to rent. Dias reportedly raised the alarm after returning home to find the house ransacked and valuable items missing, while Jama was filming Love Island in South Africa at the time.

A source close to the pair shared: 'They are devastated. The house is the first they have moved into as a couple and is very special to them. Thankfully, neither was at home, but they are very upset that their personal space has been invaded.' The source added to The Sun: 'Maya was very proud to move into her first home with Ruben and took lots of videos and pictures while in the house which she posted on her social media. Previously in their relationship, she was back and forth from London and he was living in a city centre flat. That’s why this property means so much to them.'

A spokesperson for Cheshire Police stated: 'Shortly after 11.10pm on Wednesday 28 January, police received reports of a burglary at an address in Woodbrook Road, Alderley Edge. Officers attended and found entry had been made to the property and a number of items had been stolen. Enquiries are currently ongoing and anyone with any information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or through the website.'

Personal Health Update Amid Busy Schedule

Amid these events, Maya Jama recently disclosed to fans that she lost a stone in weight after falling ill with a severe bout of the flu at the start of January. In a clip showing her toned figure in gym gear, she penned in a caption: 'Basically lost a stone being sick the other week so we're on a weight gain mission this week.' This health update comes as she balances her professional commitments with personal challenges.

Jama's heartfelt admissions and the couple's recent burglary underscore the complexities of her life split between career demands and personal relationships, painting a vivid picture of her current circumstances.
