The 1975 frontman Matty Healy and model Gabbriette Bechtel have been spotted at a wedding rehearsal in Hollywood, ahead of their planned July ceremony. A video obtained by TMZ shows the couple sharing a kiss outside a venue, with Healy in a tuxedo and Bechtel in a black overcoat said to cover a white gown.
The pair were seen leaving in a black Rolls-Royce convertible before heading to the Rainbow Bar & Grill in West Hollywood for a party with close friends and family.
Healy, 37, and Bechtel, 28, announced their engagement in 2024 after first being linked in September 2023. Bechtel previously shared a photo of a black engagement ring on social media, captioning it: "Marrying the 1975 is very Brat."
Healy's mother, actress Denise Welch, confirmed the wedding date earlier this year, telling a podcast: "Matty gets married in July, which we're very excited about." She also expressed her happiness on the talk show Loose Women, saying Bechtel is "everything I would want in a daughter-in-law."
The wedding comes weeks after Healy's ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift married Travis Kelce in New York. Healy and Swift briefly rekindled their romance in 2023 before splitting in June of that year.
