Actress Margot Robbie surprised diners at the Australian restaurant Bondi Green in West London this week by buying a round of cocktails for over 100 patrons. The 35-year-old star, known for her role in 'Barbie', was dining with her husband Tom Ackerley and friends Josey McNamara, Regan Riskas and Charlie Maas.
The group enjoyed a classic Aussie lunch of chicken parmigianas, steaks and Caesar salads, seated in a signature pink booth. They were reportedly joined by the restaurant's founders, Australian Prue Freeman and her husband Tom Onions.
As she left, Robbie insisted on treating the entire room to cocktails made from her own gin brand, Papa Salt. A diner described the moment: 'Margot, her husband and friends were having a wonderful time... They enjoyed a few rounds of cocktails and even shouted everyone in the restaurant a cocktail made from her gin.'
The signature serve was Papa Salt with ice, soda, a large slice of fresh orange and black pepper. The generous gesture added to the sunny atmosphere at the eatery, which offers a taste of home for the Australian-born actress.
