Married At First Sight stars Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson were seen looking downcast during a break from filming in Sydney last October. The couple, known for their tumultuous on-screen relationship, were photographed returning from a shopping spree in the CBD.
Melissa appeared sombre, walking with her head down while carrying several shopping bags. Bryce maintained a stony expression, also laden with bags. Melissa wore a leather jacket, blue skinny jeans, and ballet flats, while Bryce opted for ripped jeans, a white T-shirt, a cream coat, and thongs.
The tense sighting comes amid rumours the couple are planning to tie the knot in real life. A 'friend' told New Idea magazine that an off-screen engagement is 'imminent', adding that they are 'very much in love' and will announce it after the show ends next month.
Bryce left fans shocked during Sunday's commitment ceremony when he initially wrote 'leave' on his card before crossing it out and writing 'stay'. He explained, 'Me writing leave was to get her out of a toxic environment.' Married At First Sight continues on Channel Nine, Sunday at 7pm.
