Complicating matters, a tenant living in the property who paid her rent directly to Ollie and Gareth has been left vulnerable. A source close to the couple described the situation as "a simple case of friends falling out and a difference of opinion that has become very sad," adding that they are working to repay the owed money and relocate to a new property.
