Open regional heats in London and Manchester will take place in September for those who want a chance to beat Luke Littler on Netflix. The live event, called Beat Luke Littler, will air on Friday 30 October.
Anyone can enter, with 20 participants selected to compete against the 19-year-old darts world number one. If an amateur defeats Littler, they will win £501,000.

Aspiring participants can visit beatlukelittler.com for more information on how to apply. Littler issued a video call-out, reading social media messages from people who claimed they could beat him. He said: "Reckon you could beat me in a game of darts? Let's go."
Littler's career
Littler began playing darts at 18 months old. He reached the PDC World Championship final at 16, losing to Luke Humphries. His breakout year came in 2024 when he won the Premier League and Grand Slam of Darts. He became the youngest world number one at the 2025 PDC World Darts Championship in January 2025 at age 17.
In June 2025, Littler's MBE was announced. He said: "This is an amazing and unexpected honour but one which I am very grateful for. To receive a recognition like this is something I had never thought would be possible and it is a proud moment. It's unbelievable what I've done for my sport. I'm happy, my family is happy and I can't wait to receive it."
