Reality TV favourite Lucy Mecklenburgh has issued a blistering response to online gossip speculating she is pregnant with her third child, vehemently denying the claims and branding them as completely unfounded.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, who is already a doting mum to two young children with former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas, took to her Instagram Stories to address the buzz head-on.
In a move that showed her frustration, the 32-year-old shared a screenshot of a Google search query that read 'Is Lucy Mecklenburgh pregnant?' and scrawled 'FAKE NEWS' across it in bold text. She didn't stop there, adding a caption that left no room for doubt: "The amount of people that have asked me this recently is actually ridiculous. I am not pregnant!"
This isn't the first time Lucy has had to confront such speculation. She revealed this has been a recurring theme since the birth of her second child, daughter Lila, back in 2021. The relentless rumours clearly prompted her to set the record straight publicly this time, putting the matter to bed once and for all.
Lucy and Ryan, who got engaged in 2019 after two years of dating, are proud parents to their son Roman, aged three, and two-year-old Lila. The couple, often praised for their relatable and down-to-earth parenting style, regularly share heartwarming family moments with their loyal followers.
For now, it seems the family of four is complete, with Lucy making it abundantly clear that any talk of a new addition is purely fiction.
