Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon has offered a major update with her partner, months after they happily revealed their engagement news.
The actress, famed for playing Bethany Platt in the ITV soap, was seen celebrating her 30th birthday back in November, before revealing that she and footballer Ryan Ledson were engaged after he popped the question.
Revealing their exciting news at the time, Lucy took to Instagram with a string of photos showing off her sparkling engagement ring. In the first, she and Ryan posed for a selfie as she held her hand up to the camera, and it appeared the bride-to-be was emotional as her eyes filled with tears.
Wedding Update
Months on, and it was on Wednesday (July 29) that Lucy took to social media with a big update. She shared a photo of herself and Ryan to her Instagram Story and gushed: "These two chikas have booked their wedding!!!!!! @ryanledson8."
It comes after Lucy was seen getting into the planning of her and Ryan's big day back in April, as the soap star shared a video to Instagram showing the moment she asked her best friend to be her Maid of Honour.
She shared clips of the pair as youngsters, documenting the length of their special friendship, before Lucy could be seen presenting her with a box that asked the big question, and had been filled with treats for her to use and enjoy.
Relationship Timeline
Lucy and Ryan, who share two young children - Sonny and Nancy - went public with their relationship in June 2021. Their romance, which came almost a year after she was reported to have split from her former boyfriend of three years, Tom Leech, blossomed in lockdown after they had got talking on the celebrity dating app, Raya.
They then announced in September 2022 that Lucy was pregnant with her and Ryan's first child and was already five months pregnant. Their happy news came after Lucy suffered a tragic miscarriage back in March 2022. She previously recalled how she discovered the news during a private scan at seven weeks.
They later fell pregnant again, with their son, Sonny, arriving in February 2023. Lucy and Ryan then welcomed their second child into the world, a baby girl named Nancy, back in January 2025.
