Love Island's George Knight has opened up about his unaired flirtatious conversations with a fellow islander that viewers never got to see. The professional footballer, who entered the villa as a bombshell in the opening episode, admitted that his true type was not Robyn or Mica, but Jasmine.

Speaking on The Sun's Showbiz Fix podcast, George revealed that he engaged in several flirtatious exchanges with Jasmine that were not broadcast. He confessed that Jasmine was 'his type to a T,' but their personalities clashed. 'I spoke to her about going to the pub with my mates, I love doing that, watching football. All that sort of stuff, and she was a bit like 'I prefer to go to really nice restaurants, really nice bars and do everything properly' and she was like 'I'd never offer to pay on a date' and I was like that is not for me,' he said.
Why George Left the Villa
George decided to exit the show after less than a week, citing a health issue concerning a close family member. He received a message from his parents informing him of the situation, prompting his departure. Despite leaving early, he admitted that if he had to choose during the recoupling, he would have selected Robyn, though he noted their situation wouldn't be 'locked off'.
