Love Island newcomer Charleen Murphy has disclosed the complete list of cosmetic procedures she has undergone over the years, revealing that even her closest friends failed to notice her rhinoplasty. The 27-year-old Dublin content creator entered the ITV dating show as a Casa Amor bombshell this week and has already formed a connection with Kavan Murphy.
Prior to her television debut, Charleen had built a loyal following on social media by sharing beauty-related content. In a 2024 TikTok clip, she detailed her aesthetic journey, starting with lip enhancement. She admitted to repeatedly increasing the amount of filler until her lips resembled 'balloons' before eventually having it all dissolved about two years ago. She has since refreshed her lips with more modest amounts of filler.
Procedures Beyond Lip Filler
Charleen went on to outline additional treatments: 'Next thing I got done is fat dissolver. I got it in my chin and jawline area. I got that done three times, it did make a difference.' She also received HIFU skin firming procedures on her chin and jawline, followed by a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation.
'I had a nose job two years ago,' she revealed. 'I had a bump on the side of my nose that I was always so self-conscious of. I hated my side profile and that's all I wanted done to it, really. I didn't want much done, just the bump gone. I didn't document it on social media, so I documented my breast augmentation but not my nose.'
Undetected Rhinoplasty
Surprisingly, Charleen's friends and family did not notice the change. 'To be honest, I could have just said nothing and not tell anyone. 'Cause no one actually noticed that I'd had it done. Everyone is like "I think you look the same,"' she said. She has also undergone masseter Botox for jaw clenching, along with Botox treatments for her eyes and forehead.
Despite her openness, Charleen urged her followers to 'be so careful' when considering aesthetic treatments. As with earlier series, the Casa Amor arrivals can only secure a place in the main villa if an original Islander chooses to couple up with them. Charleen's fate now rests with Kavan, who appears smitten with the influencer. Love Island airs Sundays to Fridays at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
