"I have had problems with my body image my whole life, so just being torn to shreds [with people saying] she's a liar... it's just awful," she confessed during an interview with news.com.au.

The reality television personality disclosed that her body image concerns became so severe at just 15 years old that she actively researched breast reduction surgery due to overwhelming insecurities about her figure.

"I grew up in theatre, I grew up dancing, singing, acting - all high-pressure environments where everything is about what you're putting into your body and what you look like," she explained, revealing the origins of her struggles.
She shockingly disclosed that her eating disorder began when she was approximately seven years old, adding that her breasts and body experienced constant fluctuations throughout this challenging period.

Thankfully, the Queensland native managed to seek professional help and has since developed a healthier relationship with herself and her body, crediting supportive people in her life for this positive transformation.
In a lighthearted moment addressing the ongoing speculation, Gabby cheekily suggested: "After the show I'll go get an X-ray to show everyone that my boobs are real!"
This isn't the first time the Mackay-born star has addressed questions about her natural assets. During her introductory segment on Love Island Australia, she firmly stated they were not only genuine but also beneficial in dating situations.
"I get this question every single day of my life. My boobs are natural!" Gabby told viewers. "If I want a guy, I always get him. I've got the body, the face and the boobs," she confidently declared.
