Love Island Australia fans have taken to social media to express astonishment at how contestant Gabby McCarthy avoids wardrobe malfunctions despite her G-cup breasts. The Gold Coast content creator has been the subject of online chatter and scrutiny on the Channel Nine reality series, with many questioning whether her assets are natural or surgically enhanced.
On Reddit, one user with similar proportions wrote: 'I also have G cups naturally and I NEED to know how she keeps them sitting so nice in her tops! How is she strapping them?!' Another commenter defended McCarthy, saying her breasts 'look real' and 'sag in the way that natural boobs do when you're not wearing a bra'.
McCarthy has spoken candidly about her past struggles with body image amid the viral chatter. She told news.com.au: 'I have had problems with my body image my whole life, so just being torn to shreds... it's just awful.' She revealed she considered a breast reduction at age 15 and developed an eating disorder from around age seven due to pressure from her theatre and dance background.
McCarthy has since sought help and learned to love her body with support from those around her. She cheekily added: 'After the show I'll go get an X-ray to show everyone that my boobs are real!' During her introduction on the show, she insisted: 'I get this question every single day of my life. My boobs are natural!'
