Love Island's Gabby Allen has threatened to 'name and shame' trolls who are sending her racist abuse over her relationship with fellow contestant Marcel Somerville. The 25-year-old reality star says she is 'absolutely horrified at the amount of disgusting racial abuse' she receives because of the relationship.
In a series of videos on her Instagram Story, Gabby shared examples of the messages, which include being called 'dirty' and told she is 'committing genocide against your own race'. She said the abuse 'breaks my heart' and is 'completely unacceptable' in 2017.
Gabby, who grew up in multicultural and LGBTQIA environments, and Marcel, 31, came fourth on Love Island, which ended last week. She has so far covered the names of the trolls but warned that if the abuse continues, she will have no choice but to publicly name and shame them.
