The glamorous mum-to-be shared a photo on Instagram wearing a brown string bikini, with her wavy brown hair flowing. She posed by a pool with scenic views of hills and lakes, captioning an earlier post of the pool area as 'home for the week'.
Her sisters Phoebe and Daisy commented on the post, with Phoebe writing 'Look at that baby boy' and Daisy calling her a 'beautiful pregnant mama'. Lewis Burton added a heart-eyes emoji. Older brother Louis Tomlinson did not comment publicly.
Lottie announced her pregnancy in February with a post captioned 'Just the three of us', and later revealed the couple is expecting a baby boy. She and Lewis went public with their romance six months after the death of his former girlfriend, TV presenter Caroline Flack, in February 2020.
The couple is enjoying a final holiday before their family expands, staying at a five-star family resort in Crete.
