Love Island viewers have been left stunned after discovering that Lorenzo's father, Oz, reportedly has celebrity connections, having worked as a former bodyguard for stars including Danny Dyer and ex-Islander Ekin-Su.

They also featured during the friends and family day, becoming emotional upon reuniting. Photos circulating on social media depict Lorenzo's dad posing with Ne-Yo.
These days, Oz trains MMA fighters and works as a doorman at the celebrity haunt Sheesh, a restaurant frequented by past Islanders and other famous personalities. Business owner Lorenzo has quickly become a popular figure on the show, thanks to his relaxed demeanour and witty remarks.
