Joely Richardson, the sister of Liam Neeson's late wife Natasha, has publicly endorsed the actor's reported relationship with Pamela Anderson. She commented a string of red hearts on a social media post by Anderson, a gesture that has been liked by over 750 users.
Neeson's wife Natasha died in 2009 at age 45 after a skiing accident. The couple were married for 15 years and had two sons, Micheál, 30, and Daniel, 28. Neeson had a two-year relationship with PR executive Freya St. Johnston before recently confirming he is seeing Anderson.
The 73-year-old actor met the 58-year-old former Baywatch star on the set of their upcoming comedy film Naked Gun. Anderson shared an Instagram post promoting the film, writing: 'The Naked Gun is finally in theatres! Bring your friends, lovers… whoever… just go and have a laugh… it's good for you!'
Anderson, who has published a cookbook, impressed Neeson with homemade sourdough bread and muffins during filming. She said: 'I brought sourdough bread to Liam and cookies and muffins… It's a very special [muffin] recipe.' The pair have since been spending time at Anderson's Canadian home, bonding over gardening and baking.
A source told the Daily Mail that Anderson is drawn to Neeson because he is 'totally open to her way of thinking and living'. The actor has been sending her flowers and spending time with her sons and dogs.
