Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi is set to perform two headline shows at Blackweir Fields in Cardiff as part of the Blackweir Live summer concert series. The concerts take place on Tuesday, June 30 and Wednesday, July 1, 2026, following a sell-out first night that prompted organisers to add a second date for Welsh fans.
Event Timings
Doors open at 5pm each day, with last entry at 9pm. Organisers advise concertgoers to arrive early to avoid long queues. The support acts will begin at 6pm, with Tyler Ballgame performing first, followed by Jacob Alon at 7pm. Lewis Capaldi is scheduled to take the stage at 8.45pm, with his set expected to finish around 10.30pm. All timings are subject to change.
Support Acts
Jacob Alon, a fellow Scottish artist, rose to prominence after appearing on Later...with Jools Holland following the release of their debut single Fairy in a Bottle in 2024. They won the Critic's Choice Award at the Brit Awards in 2026 and are known for songs including Confession, Don't Fall Asleep, and Of Amber. Tyler Ballgame, known for his 60s and 70s inspired music and soulful voice, released his debut album For the First Time, Again in January 2026. His popular tracks include Matter of Taste, Hold, and I Believe in Love.

While no official set list has been confirmed, based on Capaldi's performance at Marlay Park in Dublin on June 24, 2026, fans can anticipate songs such as Hollywood, Grace, Heavenly Kind of State of Mind, Wish You the Best, Love the Hell Out of You, Almost, Forever, Bruises, a cover of Fleetwood Mac's Go Your Own Way, Pointless, Something in the Heavens, Before You Go, Fade, The Day That I Die, Hold Me While You Wait, Forget Me, a cover of Creedence Clearwater Revival's Have You Ever Seen The Rain?, Survive, and his chart-topping hit Someone You Loved, which spent seven weeks at number one on the UK Singles Chart.
