They added that the pair will continue to be seen together as a family, prioritising raising their daughter 'with love, stability, and mutual respect.'
The announcement follows a series of cryptic posts from Bloom, including a Carl Jung quote about loneliness, which fans interpreted as hinting at the split. Perry has also been seen without her engagement ring in public, and her absence from Bloom's side at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding in Italy further fuelled rumours.
Sources close to the couple have indicated that they decided to separate to provide a better environment for their daughter. One insider said: 'At a certain point, they had to admit it's better for Daisy to see their parents separately, then she won't grow up feeling the tension and animosity.'
