Lady Gaga Opens Up About Baby Plans with Fiancé Michael Polansky

Lady Gaga has revealed her desire to become a mother, calling it 'the thing I want the most' in a new interview. The singer, who is engaged to Michael Polansky, shared that he will be 'a beautiful father' and that the couple are 'really excited' about starting a family.

Gaga credited Polansky with helping her overcome mental health struggles, noting that 'being in love with someone that cares about the real me made a very big difference.' She explained that his serious demeanor was what attracted her 'the most,' as he was searching for her authentic self rather than the party persona.

The couple, who met after Gaga finished her Chromatica album, are planning their wedding either during or after her tour. Polansky said they don't want a big wedding, adding, 'In a lot of ways, we already feel married.' He also emphasized that Gaga's artistry will not be compartmentalized when she becomes a mother.

Gaga reflected on her past mentality, influenced by her father, of 'live fast, die young,' but said Polansky helped her see that her life was precious. 'He wanted to take care of me. And I've never been loved that way,' she said.
