Kris Jenner has disclosed that her plastic surgeon uses a secret password system to vet potential clients claiming to be her friends. The 69-year-old reality star praised Dr Steven Levine for his work on her recent facelift during an episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, explaining that he requested a password after strangers repeatedly impersonated her acquaintances to secure consultations.
Jenner said that when her appearance went viral this summer, others took credit for Levine’s work, prompting her to confirm he was the surgeon in June. “He didn't want the attention, which I loved,” she said. “I said, ‘But do I have your permission to say who you are?’” Levine agreed on condition that anyone claiming to be Jenner’s friend must provide a password. “If somebody calls and says, ‘I'm Kris Jenner's best friend, and can I have a consultation?’ They have to say the secret password,” Jenner explained.
She revealed that Levine’s office has frequently called to check on callers claiming to be her friends, such as “Julie Monopoly”. The Kardashians star emphasised that not everyone has the password, adding: “So if you know me, you know what the password is.”
During the podcast, Jenner also discussed her openness about cosmetic surgery, describing it as a way to inspire others. “Fear is not your friend,” she said. In August, she told Vogue Arabia that her latest facelift was a “refresh” after one 15 years ago, adding: “Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself.” She noted that Kylie Jenner accompanied her to the procedure, and Kim Kardashian was present via FaceTime.
