Knoxville Fondles Prosthetic Testicle Live on Air

Johnny Knoxville, star of 'Jackass', begged Capital radio presenter Chris Stark to let him feel his prosthetic testicle while broadcasting live to listeners across the UK. The hilarious moment occurred during an interview in the Capital studio, after Knoxville learned that Stark had a prosthetic testicle following his battle with testicular cancer.

Chris Stark's Cancer Diagnosis

Chris Stark was diagnosed with testicular cancer in March 2025, which was luckily caught early. He took a couple of weeks off work to undergo chemotherapy and later told fans: 'My hope is any bloke reading this will perhaps think to check themselves today...go to a doctor if not sure about possible symptoms.'

The Live On-Air Moment

During the interview, Knoxville asked Stark: 'So you've got a fake? Let's see!' Stark agreed, saying: 'I've said yes, and look in the interest of the greater good, I’m happy to always have this discussion about...' Knoxville interrupted: 'Are you going to let me feel your nut or not?' The studio laughed as Knoxville assured him 'only with consent,' and Stark replied: 'I can fully consent. This is a dream come true!'

The pair removed their headphones and moved to the corner of the studio as co-presenters Jordan North and Sian Welby laughed and covered their faces in horror. Knoxville assured Stark he 'didn't have to,' to which Stark insisted: 'It would be an honour.' Knoxville then pulled his shirt open to cover Stark's modesty as Stark opened his trousers. The Jackass star said: 'I'm going to cup it to the left...they kind of jump around! He's got a pretty nice sack, everybody! Wow, it feels just like a regular one!'

Social Media Reaction

The official Capital Instagram account uploaded a clip with the caption: 'This did actually happen and it’s for a very good cause! Check your testicles or get @johnnyknoxville to,' with a winking emoji. Fans reacted positively, with one writing: 'Dream come true for both of them,' and another saying: 'Epic.' A viewer added: 'Check your nuts, lads,' while someone else commented: 'It was so funny listening to this. Well done to Chris for agreeing to it.' Another comment read: 'I have a fakey too, Chris. Amazing guy you are in recognising testicular cancer,' as others said we 'need more people like Chris.'
