Olivia Attwood, the former Love Island star and model, is back with a new documentary series, 'Olivia Attwood: The Price Of Perfection', starting June 12 on ITV2 at 10.05pm. The show explores the booming cosmetic procedures industry and its risks, with Attwood admitting she has tried “the odd tweakment or two” and sees Kim Kardashian as the ideal of perfection.
The first episode focuses on weight loss, a topic Attwood says is always in fashion despite body positivity trends. She interviews Kate Moss's sister Lottie Moss, who was hospitalised after misusing the diabetes drug Ozempic for weight loss. Lottie says she obtained it from a doctor “giving it out on the sly” and lost 6-7kg in two weeks, but suffered a seizure, saying “I honestly felt like I was dying”.
Attwood also speaks to people using fat-busting injections without knowing their ingredients and follows a woman to Turkey for 360 liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift. The series promises a no-holds-barred look at procedures from salmon sperm injections to the latest energy treatments.
