Jet2 Named UK's Friendliest Cabin Crew, British Airways Struggles

Jet2 has been revealed as the airline with the friendliest cabin crew in a study of the UK's 20 most popular carriers, while British Airways ranked near the bottom. The research, conducted by OddsMonkey, analysed Tripadvisor reviews and measured the number of positive terms such as 'friendly' and 'helpful' per 1,000 reviews.

Jet2 achieved a remarkable 89.8 per cent positive feedback, the highest of any airline. Customers praised the crew's 'amazing teamwork' and 'customer focus'. One reviewer noted: 'Massively impressed with the young cabin crew. Best we’ve experienced to date.' Another recalled being made to feel special on their honeymoon with a card and prosecco.

Virgin Atlantic and KLM followed in second and third place with 86 per cent and 85.8 per cent positive reviews respectively. Qatar Airways (82.1%), Aer Lingus (81.9%), and Tui Airways (78.8%) also performed well. At the bottom of the ranking was Vueling, with only 42.1 per cent of reviews praising its cabin crew.
