Height Insecurities
Hart admitted during a Vanity Fair lie detector test that he is 5 ft 2 in tall, after previously claiming 5 ft 4. He confessed to being self-conscious about his height but jokes about it in his routines. On 60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper, he said: "It's talking about the things you aren't afraid to laugh about yourself. The laugh that I'm getting, you are not necessarily laughing at me… I'm giving you an experience through a story that is relatable."

Hart married Torrei Skipper in 2003 after they were college sweethearts. They divorced in 2010 citing irreconcilable differences. Torrei told Inside Edition: "When I met him, he was selling sneakers. He told The Hollywood Reporter: "If I can give people a place to have the option that's placed smack dab in the middle of where your McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, and Burger King [are], people may see a Hart House and say, 'I'm going to go plant-based today.'"
