Kelly Osbourne has reportedly stopped wearing her £500,000 engagement ring weeks before news of her split from fiancé Sid Wilson emerged. The couple, who got engaged last year during Ozzy Osbourne's final Black Sabbath show in Birmingham, have ended their relationship after seven months, according to sources.
A source told The Daily Mail that Kelly has been struggling with the death of her father Ozzy in July last year, which placed strain on the relationship. 'Kelly has been struggling following the loss of her father. The grieving process has been incredibly difficult,' the source said. 'In truth, she and Sid have been facing challenges in their relationship for some time.'
The absence of the ring was noticed in a recent Omaze advertisement filmed last month, where Kelly appeared with a bare ring finger alongside her mother Sharon. The ad was shot while the pair were in the UK to accept a Lifetime Achievement Award for Ozzy at the Brits. Kelly last shared a photo with Sid on January 20 for his birthday, and her ring was visible in photos from February 1.
Sid proposed with a bespoke Mouawad ring inspired by Kelly's nickname 'Honeybee', featuring a beehive design with white and yellow diamonds and a 2.5-carat diamond. The proposal took place backstage at Villa Park in front of 40,000 fans. Kelly and Sid first met in 1999 at Ozzfest but began dating in 2022 and welcomed their son Sidney later that year.
