Kelly Brook has opened up about her marriage to Jeremy Parisi, sharing intimate details about their relationship. The 46-year-old model and her 40-year-old husband, who first got together in 2015 and married in 2022, remain deeply in love.
In a new interview, Brook admitted that she and Parisi have a very active sex life, but noted that it requires planning. She told The Sun: 'We still fancy each other. I think that's important.' The couple have a rule that they must have sex at least once a week, with Brook explaining: 'After a week, one of you has to instigate it.'
Brook revealed that holidays are particularly passionate for the couple, saying: 'When we're on holiday, we're at it every day.' However, at home it is more difficult due to daily life, and she confessed: 'Sometimes the dog sleeps in the bed and it makes it feel like we are housemates.' She also acknowledged that they have slumps like any couple, but emphasised that intimacy is not just about sex.
Last year, the couple faced a test when Brook took part in ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! without Parisi. He admitted feeling 'love-sick' and told the Daily Mail: 'I feel like a lovesick puppy.' He shared how he missed making her breakfast every day and praised her appearance on the show.
The couple also appeared on BBC's Race Across The World in 2024, which brought them closer. Brook said: 'We'd just got married and hadn't had a honeymoon, so the timing was right. It was something we could do together, completely out of our comfort zone.'
