Katie Price's U-Turn Over Song for Mum Leaves Amy Devastated
Katie Price's Song U-Turn Devastates Mum Amy

Katie Price's mother, Amy, was left devastated following her daughter's abrupt change of heart regarding a song she had recorded, according to Katie's sister Sophie. The former glamour model, who recently located her missing husband Lee Andrews in a Dubai jail, recounted how her mother felt frustrated and upset after Katie initially dedicated the track 'Get Here' to her, only to later claim it was for her husband instead.

Family Tensions Over Song Dedication

Speaking on her podcast, Katie said, "I actually did it for Mum." However, Sophie interjected, revealing the true sequence of events. "Let me tell the listeners. Kate called Mum and was like, 'Mum I've been in the studio. I've made this song for you'... she's like, 'I know you love it.' But then Kate put it up on her Instagram, saying, 'Oh, this is for Lee, and the situation.'" This left Amy feeling "really p***ed off," as Katie attempted to defend her actions.

Lee Andrews Found in Dubai Jail

Elsewhere in the podcast, Katie shared the relief of finding her husband after two weeks. "Today was the day, which is why I'm happy, Lee has been found. Alive. Woop," she exclaimed, as Sophie sighed. Katie added, "All I know is that, they thought he was a spy so he was interrogated." She also addressed concerns about suspicious phone activity, stating, "He hasn't been on his phone. He hasn't had his phone. He's been interrogated. They've gone through his phone, so they've been mucking about on his phone. It's not been Lee. He hasn't got his phone." Sophie questioned the appearance of another woman on Lee's followers list, but Katie dismissed it, explaining that the woman may have activated her account and followed Lee years ago, with no messages exchanged. "She's blocked him and that's why it's gone back," Katie said.

Katie's Detective Aspirations

Katie also claimed she would make a "good detective" after tracking down her husband. "You know I've wanted to be a paramedic. I might try and be a detective. They said 'it's not the same kind of money Kate, but...' They said I've helped so much, the way I think about things and giving them clues which they obviously know from intelligence, that they actually said 'do you know what Kate, we do a lot of these cases and you would be a good detective yourself.'"
