Katie Price is reportedly 'terrified' and in a 'fragile place' after discovering a lump on her finger, raising fears that her rare soft tissue cancer may have returned. The 47-year-old mother of five was diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma in 2002 and had the tumour removed twice, followed by six years of scans.
On her podcast, Price said the same finger has been hurting for three weeks without a visible lump, and she plans to have it X-rayed. A source told the Mirror that Price is anxious the health scare could derail her hopes of having another baby, adding that she is 'desperate' to expand her family and has explored IVF, surrogacy, and adoption.
Price has been open about wanting a sixth child and underwent a round of IVF in 2023 with ex-boyfriend Carl Woods, which was unsuccessful. Earlier this year, she revealed blood tests showed her eggs are no longer viable, but she can still carry a baby and has secured donor eggs.
The star's recent weight loss has also sparked concern. She has lost over a stone and is undergoing blood tests to determine the cause, though she previously said she liked her slimmer frame.
