Former glamour model Katie Price has publicly criticised her 18-year-old daughter, Princess Andre, in the latest episode of her podcast, intensifying an ongoing family rift.
A Public Critique on the Podcast
During the podcast recording on November 14, 2025, Katie Price expressed her frustration, specifically targeting Princess's friendship with Heidi, the daughter of Katie's close friend Kerry Katona. "Why is Princess hanging around with Heidi and doing stuff, but I'm not allowed to with Princess. It's just b*******," Katie stated, highlighting the perceived injustice.
This is not the first time Katie has used her platform to comment on their strained relationship. The tension has been building for months, notably after Katie was conspicuously absent from all promotional activities for Princess's new reality TV series, The Princess Diaries, while her ex-husband and Princess's father, Peter Andre, was heavily involved.
The Escalating Family Feud
The conflict appeared to worsen following the National Television Awards, where Princess and her brother Junior walked the red carpet without either parent. Katie subsequently used her podcast to advise Princess to "sack the stylist."
In this most recent episode, Katie revealed plans to spend more time with Heidi Katona, even taking her to events. "She's staying with me for a month, she's going to come to events with me," Katie explained. "So when I'm pictured with Heidi at events, it isn't weird. Because Kerry loves me, and Heidi loves me. Heidi will be at events with me but not Princess."
Katie also voiced her anger that Princess has remained silent on the public drama between her parents on her social media channels. "She says she won't put anything up about me or her dad," Katie shared. "That's it. I don't agree, but I'm not going to argue with Princess about it. She only has to say a few things. The truth."
Underlying Tensions and TV Show Exclusion
The root of the problem seems to be linked to Princess's TV show. Katie claimed that Peter Andre blocked her from appearing on The Princess Diaries, a claim that has not been independently verified. While Peter, his wife Emily, and Junior all featured in the first series, Katie did not.
The situation was further discussed on the podcast when Katie's sister, Sophie, suggested that the family dynamic might have been improved had Katie been included. Sophie mentioned that the production team had only offered to use old YouTube footage of Katie, which was deemed "a bit insulting." Katie confirmed she had even offered to film new segments for free, but the offer was rejected.
This ongoing public dispute continues to draw attention to the complicated relationships within one of Britain's most famous showbiz families.
