Katie Price has taken another swipe at her teenage daughter, Princess Andre, during the latest episode of her podcast. The former glamour model expressed frustration that Princess spends time with Heidi, the daughter of her friend Kerry Katona, but is reluctant to spend time with her own mother.
Price questioned the double standard, saying: "Why is Princess hanging around with Heidi and doing stuff, but I'm not allowed to with Princess. It's just b*******." She also revealed that Heidi will be staying with her for a month and attending events with her, while Princess will not be present.
The strained relationship between Price and Princess has been evident for months. Price was notably absent from promotional events for Princess's new reality series, The Princess Diaries, while her ex-husband Peter Andre was heavily involved. The tension escalated after the National Television Awards, where Princess and her brother Junior appeared on the red carpet without either parent.
In her podcast, Price also criticised Princess for not speaking out about the ongoing drama between her parents. "She says she won't put anything up about me or her dad," Price said. "I don't agree, but I'm not going to argue with Princess about it. She only has to say a few things. The truth."
Price's sister, Sophie, suggested that Peter and his wife Emily had pulled out of filming the second series of The Princess Diaries. Sophie noted that the production team had approached them about including Price in old YouTube footage, which she described as "insulting." Price confirmed she had offered to film new content with Princess for free, but the offer was declined.
