Lee Andrews, the husband of former glamour model Katie Price, has publicly declared his love for her in a heartfelt Instagram post following his release from prison in Dubai. Sharing a romantic reel of a couple walking into the sunset, he wrote, 'It's always been you @katieprice,' adding that his 'first real love is happening right now.'
The couple's reunion comes after a turbulent period during which Lee was imprisoned in Al Awir Central Prison on fraud allegations, though he maintains he was detained for espionage concerns. Katie had publicly expressed fear that he might have been kidnapped before his whereabouts were confirmed.
After his release, Lee credited Katie with securing his freedom, stating, 'Without her help involving all the UK authorities, I don't think I would have got out of that situation.' He thanked her for making such a noise that the UAE authorities listened and let him go.
However, their relationship has faced further strain from allegations made by Lee's ex-partners, Alana Percival and Dina, who accused him of financial misconduct. Lee has strongly denied these claims, challenging anyone to produce evidence of a mortgage taken in someone else's name.
Katie has admitted she needs answers about his arrest and the allegations, telling The Sun, 'If I don't like the answers, I'll be gone.' Despite this, she has defended her decision to stand by him, recently showing off a new ring he bought her with the caption, 'Mr and Mrs. Love my new ring.'
